Vision Insurance
When a patient has a need for new glasses or contact lenses and the primary reason for the blurred vision is needing a new prescription, this would qualify under Vision Insurance.
We take insurances such as Eyemed, Spectera, NVA, VSP, Heritage, Superior and March Vision.
Medical Insurance
When a patient has a complaint of blurred vision but the direct cause is from a health related condition like Dry Eyes, Cataracts or Diabetes, your visit may fall under Medical Insurance. All of our Urgent Care appointments will fall under Medical Insurance.
We accept Medical Insurance plans including United Health Care, Humana, BCBS, Cigna and HealthPartners.
