Dr. Janice Fan
Dr. Fan is originally from New Orleans but has since moved many miles north and now calls Milwaukee home. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in 2010 and then from Southern College of Optometry in 2015. While Dr. Fan enjoys all aspects of eyecare, she likes treating disease and prescribing glasses/contact lenses the most.

Dr. W. Colin Smith
Dr. Smith grew up in the Milwaukee area attending Homestead High School in Mequon. He then received his Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2011. His graduate degree came from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 2015. Dr. Smith has years of expertise in refractive surgery and is well versed in Dry Eye therapy as well as Cataract Evaluations. Dr. Smith wears contact lenses with astigmatism and is always trying the latest brands that fit his eyes to give his patients the best advice. He also enjoys fitting multifocal contact lenses.
Office Manager/Optician
Danielle M.
Danielle grew up in Milwaukee and graduated from Bay View High School in 1996. Since 1998, she has worked as an optician and office manager at the same location that is now 414 Eyes. She excels at helping patients chose attractive eyewear and assures that the lens material and designs specified will provide clear, comfortable vision. She is also an expert at verifying insurance coverage and helping patients decide how to best utilize their benefits. Her ability to adjust and repair frames is phenomenal. If she can't fix it, it's not repairable. Don't worry, she will help you choose new glasses that you will love!
